Terms & Conditions Answers
If you violate the terms—such as creating multiple accounts, using someone else's payment method, or engaging in suspected fraud—we may suspend or close your account. We'll notify you of the breach and the action taken. You can appeal through our support team with evidence of good faith.
We can close your account if there's immediate security risk or clear breach of terms, but we aim to notify you first. For routine closures or suspensions, we provide written notice and reason within two business days. You have the right to request a review of the decision.
We typically ask for a government-issued ID (passport or KTP), proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill or bank statement), and confirmation that your bank details match your account. Players in Surabaya, Bandung and across Indonesia follow the same verification pathway.
Contact our support team with your specific concern. If we can't resolve it, you can submit a formal dispute through the appeal process outlined in your account settings. We'll investigate and respond in writing within 14 business days.
The core terms apply across desktop, mobile browser and our app. However, app-specific policies may govern updates, permissions and data access. Check the app's settings menu for app-only clauses; general account terms remain the same.
Inactive accounts are not automatically closed. However, we may archive your balance after 12 months without access and notify you. Reactivate by logging in or contacting support. Funds remain yours; dormancy does not forfeit your balance or trigger forfeiture under these terms.
We may update these terms as law, payment methods or platform features evolve. Material changes are communicated via email and in-account notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued play after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.
